How do I terminate a Rent Guarantor Agreeemnt ( UK )? - rent guarantee agreement
My wife signed a document that states in a few years that they are basically the guarantors of a rental property during the tenant chooses to live there. She thought it was even 1 year and asked if we wanted to continue in the same year an agreement on an annual basis.
We have disgraced the family and do not want to give them the joy that a rent guarantee. This is the United Kingdom
My wife has a letter to the home-HAARTSEN last summer and also called for this month lease PROMOTE. They say: "Sorry, you are legally required to remain in the contract"
Is there a way to legally apply for and obtain from the termination of this agreement? The tenant was the annual renewal in January ... is the time to do so.

stating in a letter that you do not, the Guarantor and are legally resident or not, you will not be bound by a treaty to be concluded, after 30 days in advance. Whether or not to continue the guarantor is not your choice of materials. up to 30 days is sufficient to implement the agreement.
