Allocated Annuity If A Mutual Fund Is Sold, Then Purchased Back Within An Annuity, Is It Considered A Wash Sale?

If a mutual fund is sold, then purchased back within an annuity, is it considered a wash sale? - allocated annuity

I sell an item, then you buy a bond and allocation of all products at low rents. Can I get a tax loss, or is it a wash sale?

Interesting question. I do not know the answer. The compensation is not "essentially identical", but the IRS is the final judge on this matter and you do not, the question arises with the sale of a fund for the S & P500 and the loss of replacement by another. The IRS May are also being considered, essentially identical.

Do you know the consequences have combined taxes and fees in connection with pensions? Annuit no taxes are charged the same way that mutual funds are taxed. The entire proceeds of the revenue will be taxed as ordinary income, even if it is delayed.
