Frustration with finding internet unblockers at school.? - school unblockers

My school has very strict about blocking many Internet sites accessible to students. Every time I ever tried to Google for Web Proxy Unblock blocked .... Is there any way to these Web sites via the command line to unlock? Or is it likely to be a web proxy that is not blocked by ECISD?

I tried that www.freeandbest.net/foryou/ worked, but now is locked ... any good suggestion?
