As long as antidepressants to work? I began, "Venlafazine" 150 mg in the morning and "Mirtazapine" since Tuesday 30 mg at bedtime. How long should I wait before starting the work?

It can be 3-8 weeks for antidepressants to build on your system, can have a sufficiently positive impact. This may seem like an eternity, especially since such effects can occur immediately, if at all, but give them time and you satisfied with the result.

Antidepressants take 3-6 weeks of work, depending. You may not feel the difference in the way of thinking, even after 3 weeks, but most people around you will see a significant difference. It must be remembered, because most people do not see on antidepressants, and just on that, thinking they're something that does not work. You are in a good amount of time for the prospects of changes in dosage are probably slim, but still possible.
Remember, most likely will not feel any difference at first, but the people around you. It may take a little longer, until you feel better.
